Withdrawal Instructions

Consumers in the European Union have the following statutory right of withdrawal when entering into a distance contract with MCPlan (Mø's IT). These instructions implement Art. 246a § 1 Abs. 2 EGBGB and §§ 355, 356 BGB.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early Lapse of the Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)

For contracts concerning the supply of digital services (such as paid subscriptions to MCPlan), your right of withdrawal lapses before the end of the 14-day period if:

• you have expressly requested that performance of the contract begin before the end of the withdrawal period; and
• you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

MCPlan will ask you to provide both of these acknowledgments at checkout when you subscribe to a paid plan. If you do not provide them, the full 14-day withdrawal right remains in effect.

Pro-Rata Remuneration

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has already been provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the contract.
