Frequently asked questions
How does the 20% yearly discount work?
Yearly plans are always priced at monthly × 12 × 0.8. Pro is $5/mo billed monthly or $48/yr ($4/mo effective). Team is $7/seat/mo billed monthly or $67.20/seat/yr ($5.60/seat effective).
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switch any time from billing settings. Upgrades to yearly apply immediately with a prorated credit. Downgrades to monthly take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens when I add or remove team seats?
Seats added mid-cycle are prorated. Seats removed take effect at the start of the next billing period. Annual Team plans are prorated in yearly terms.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase for yearly plans. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — you keep access through the end of the paid period.
Can I downgrade from Pro or Team to Free?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Your data is preserved; projects beyond the Free limit become read-only until you remove or archive them.
How is the Team plan billed?
Billing is centralized. One owner pays for all seats. You can purchase seats in advance and assign them to members as the team grows.
